Check out this new fantastic clip from Toy Story 3! In the third film of the popular Pixar/Disney series, Andy is moving off to college, and the fate of his favorite toys hangs in the balance and Woody, Buzz, and the rest of their toy-box friends are dumped in a day-care center after their owner, Andy, departs for college. Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and Pixar lucky charm John Ratzenberger provide the voices to the loved toys. Toy Story 3 will hit theaters everywhere in digital 3D on Friday, June 18th, 2010.

We're anal about flea control in the apartment and do all sorts of things to make everyone happy in that realm including once a month flea-stuffs...even though y'all are indoor only! We don't have rodents or other small anials that could have brought stuff like that in, either! It should come as no surprise that Taylor Swift is being lavished with yet another honor- this time it’s the title of the Associated Press’ Entertainer of the Year.

The “Love Story” singer dominated 2009 with her hit singles and awards show winnings and the AP declared her dominance in the entertainment industry.

In typical humble fashion, Taylor was giddy to hear the news, telling press, “I am so honored and excited. This was so unexpected and I could not be more grateful.”

And it sounds like Taylor may be treating her fans to another new album before too long. “The second that I put out Fearless, the moment that album came out and I was done with it, I started writing for my next album. I love to plan 20 steps ahead of myself, and it’s really fun competition game that I play with myself, trying to top what I’ve done last. For this next record, that’s all that I’ve been thinking about, that’s all that my mind has been fixated on for the last year, and it’s all that I’m going to be thinking about for this next year.”

Twentieth Century Fox is doing cartwheels over box-office figures that show that its expensive space adventure “Avatar” performed sharply better on Sunday than initially expected. Fox said Monday morning that “Avatar” sold $77.3 million in tickets in North American theaters over the weekend – instead of a projected $73 million – to narrowly beat a record for a December opening.

The stronger-than-expected showing indicates that positive word of mouth is fanning interest in the 3-D picture. (The initial box-office figures that come out on Sunday are based on actual ticket sales for Friday and Saturday and the studio’s best guess of Sunday’s grosses.) The “Avatar” tally is a whisker ahead of “I Am Legend,” which opened in 2007 to $77.2 million in domestic sales and held the December record, although that does not account for inflation.

The powerful snow storm that pummeled the East Coast over the weekend took a significant bite out of Saturday sales for “Avatar,” with analysts referring to the initial total as “solid but unspectacular,” especially given the movie’s jaw-dropping cost (some $460 million to produce and market, before deducting about $30 million in tax benefits). It was a different story overseas, where “Avatar,” directed by James Cameron, sold a strong $159 million in 106 countries with several big markets – Japan and China – still to come.

At the time Eamon lamented the fact he and his partner could not wed in Ireland...After the wedding blessing the couple will spend the evening with a host of well-wishers in Krystle nightclub, a funky venue on Harcourt Street in Dublin. The club has private booths, a pent house and a VIP suite – ideal for accommodating the VIP party. Court Rejects Polanski Move to Have Case Dismissed





A California appeals court has rejected Roman Polanski's bid to have his sex case dismissed.

The California 2nd District Court of Appeal announced Monday it had denied the petition, with justices saying they are "deeply concerned" about the alleged misconduct.

"We encourage all participating parties to do their utmost to ensure that this matter now draws to a close in a manner that fully addresses the issues of due process and fundamental fairness raised by the events of long ago," the court's opinion stated.

Attorneys for the fugitive director argued earlier this month that misconduct in the case was grounds for dismissal of a charge of having unlawful sex with a minor. They also contended Polanski didn't need to be present to argue for dismissal.

The court disagreed on both issues.

"The passage of more time before this case's final resolution will further hamper the search for truth and the delivery of any appropriate relief, and it will also prolong the agony that the lack of finality in this matter continues to cause Samantha Geimer," the opinion states.

Polanski fled the United States in 1978 on the eve of sentencing. He pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful sexual contact with a minor.

He remains under house arrest at his Swiss chalet.

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's office had no immediate comment on the ruling. She said attorneys were still reading through the 70-page opinion.

By the end of the day authorities could be one step closer to knowing what killed Brittany Murphy. The Los Angeles coroner's office says an autopsy on the Clueless star will be conducted later today—just about 24 hours after her death shocked Hollywood. "It will be this morning sometime, but it has not started yet," the coroner's chief investigator, Ed Winter, tells E! News. On Sunday, Winter said the death of the 32-year-old actress appeared to be "natural." There were no signs of foul play. Winter said Murphy did have a health condition (her mother reportedly told paramedics Murphy was diabetic, and her family says Murphy was suffering flu-like symptoms in the day preceding her death), and prescription medications were found in her home.

However, Winter says the cause of death likely will not be announced until toxicology tests come back, which could take up to six weeks. SOURCE
